About Us

Mad Eddie's BBQ is a family owned and operated business. After several years of slow smoking meats we decided to enter a full blown KCBS BBQ competition in Florence, CO. There were teams there from all over. Some of the best in the region. At our first competition we took 6th place chickin', 9th place ribs, and 10th over all. Since then we have had several top ten finishes at several competitions including Parker CO, North Platte NB, and Garden City, KS.

Our years and love of cooking is what keeps us at the top of our food game. Adding layers of flavor on and in our food is what lets us achieve our outstanding flavor profiles that people love so much. Our slow smoked meats are loaded with flavor and that is why we like to think of our BBQ as "BBQ with ATTITUDE!".
